<p class="p1">Does the image of yourself align with how you really feel about yourself?</p> <p class="p1">There are buzz words being thrown around all the time about being your ‘authentic’ self or showing up fully.</p> <p class="p1">The first time I heard someone say “show up and play full out or go home”, I was honestly offended.</p> <p class="p1">I didn’t realize what she meant by this and I was like “You Go Home!” (childish I know!)</p> <p class="p1">But that was where my mindset was at the time.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span> Even though I ‘thought’ I had a growth mindset, I was quite limited and fixed.</p> <p class="p1">There were so many feelings I had and ways of ‘being’ I wanted to become.</p> <p class="p1">But my old beliefs were strong.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> VERY STRONG.</p> <p class="p1">They kept me comfortable.</p> <p class="p1">They kept me living the words I was saying and supporting my actions (which were not helping me become or achieve who or what I wanted).</p> <p class="p1">I had to do some deeeeep reflection and understand some real truths about myself.</p> <p class="p1">Once I did.<span class= "Apple-converted-space"> </span> I started showing up fully and playing full out!
