Cops strip a melanin man naked in public and search his genitals for drugs.

<p>Clarence Green and his family were stripped nude on the side of the road by police after an illegal traffic stop. Officers stripped them and groped their genitals in broad daylight on a public roadway. The officers then went to Green's home and illegally searched it. The family was awarded a $35,000 settlement after their rights were trampled by Baton Rouge's finest.
