Finding a therapist can be a daunting task. I share with you how to simplify the task and narrow down the criteria. Here are the three things I mention:</p> <ul> <li> Know what you want in a therapist</li> <li> Know how you want to have therapy (in-office or virtual)</li> <li>Know how you want to pay for therapy (insurance, out-of-pocket)</li> </ul> <p>Answering these questions in detail before you begin the process will make the task less daunting and will help narrow down your choices when looking through therapy directories.
