<p>Episode #264 // I read an article in the MIT Sloan Management Review, titled<a href="https://sloanreview.mit.edu/article/the-art-of-balancing-autonomy-and-control/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"> The Art of Balancing Autonomy and Control</a>, which outlines how to get the best results from the innovation activities your company undertakes.
