Community and Leadership in 2020 with State Senatorial Candidate Thearse McCalmon

<p>Thearse McCalmon (D) is an Upstate New York community leader, a mother of four, a former social studies teacher, and is currently running for State Senator in New York's 49th district. When she wins the New York primary (I'll be placing all my bets on her), she will be running against incumbent Jim Tadisco (R). Thearse is well-educated, she is grassroots-supported, and she is running to win. Her perspective on the crisis in the US with police racism and brutality brings a lot of research, wisdom, and street-level dedication.
