This requires rules which are values.  Follow the values and live by the values.  We have a 3-strike rule in our organization amongst our employees and clients.</p> <p>If you value being healthy, you have to make it a rule to go to the gym whether you want to or now. </p> <p>If you want to make more money, you have to have rules around the hours you'll work and what you're willing to do no matter what to close the deal. </p> <p>2.  Consistency is the second requirement to be successful. </p> <p>You can't just be disciplined for a day. </p> <p>You have to do the hard work every day. </p> <p>I'm a man of value because I consistently create content, post on social media, host podcasts, show up for my family. </p> <p>I can't do it once and expect it to last. </p> <p>I have to be perpetual. </p> <p>3.
