Commemorations held in Kigali, 29 years after start of genocide in Rwanda

Commemorations are taking place in Kigali, 29 years on from the start of the genocide in Rwanda. Some 800,000 Tutsis were killed in the 1994 massacres, leaving widespread trauma that persists to this day.
