<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“A comfort zone is a beautiful place but nothing ever grows there".</span> <span style= "font-weight: 400;">In this episode Georgie and Engrid challenge this idea that you have to step outside your comfort zone, in order to grow and evolve. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Additionally, this binary thinking can send us into a shame cycle, with beliefs such as:</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">“If I don’t push myself then I am lazy” (which can discourage you from trying something new at all).
