#Winsday. Yes, you have to perform in your current role, but there are 168 hours in a week- you need to set time aside each week to develop those specific skills. This is going to push you out of your comfort zone, this is going to make you appreciate the process, this is going to crush your need for immediate gratification…. But this will also be the reason you, your family, and teams will be better versions of themselves. Only you know if you are pushing yourself or staying in your comfort zone, only you know if you are working on the skills to be the best version of you(and maybe those watching).
