Kelsey paints the picture of her journey with story after story of compulsive acts and examples of irrational fears that would cloud her brain every day. Guests are encouraged to be genuine, while no subject is off the table. It is a judgment free space to talk about those subjects that aren't normally discussed in everyday life.
