Cold & Wintry 36hrs; Sunshine Returns Tomorrow Afternoon; Mild & Dry Thu To Next Wed; Potential Storm System Next Wed/Thu

<p>TODAY and tomorrow upper-level flow returns to the northwest as a trough moves through later in the day and overnight.   Surface winds will be light and from the south southeast, while skies remain cloudy with colder air staying in place.  Daytime temperatures in the 30’s and low 40’s and overnight lows below freezing.  Light snow flurries are possible in the mornings and overnight and some rain sprinkles during the day. Sunshine returns Wednesday PM warming temps into the 50’s while an upper-level ridge Thursday further warms temps into the 60’s.  Friday temperature continue to warm into the upper 60’s even as at shortwave disturbance slides past but staying dry with just breezy northwest winds.   Weekend remain mild and dry with upper-level ridge move over the region.   </p>
