He received his PhD in applied mathematics at the École Polytechnique in Paris, France. He also holds a PhD in theology and has been appointed as research professor at Georgetown University. From 2015 to 2019, he served as Chief economist and executive director of the French Development Agency (AFD). In 2009, he was nominated best young French economist  (by Le Monde).  And in 2013 he was ordained as a priest.</p> <p>Belynda Petrie is an environmentalist from Cape Town, South Africa and founder and director of ONE World Sustainable Investments, which is an African-based sustainable development consulting organization foc
