Climate Action Council on Next Steps for Scoping Plan

The NYS Climate Action Council met on May 26 to review the progress to develop a scoping plan to implement the state's climate law enacted 3 years ago. We hear an update on the recent hearings, as well as comments from several of the council's members: Prof. Paul Shepson of Stony Brook, Donna L.
