Clare Escapes The Brunt Of Storm Debi

Clare County Council is uring people to remain on the look out for debris and possible spot flooding on roads following Storm Debi overnight. A sever weather alert wa sissued for the county overnight and a Status Yellow wind and rain warning remains in place until 3 o'clock today. Crews from Clare County Council and Clare County Fire and Rescue Service have been responding to issues since 6am this morning. Senior Engineer John Leahy has been telling Clare FM's Fiona Cahill that Clare escaped the brunt of the storm.
