City School District Of Albany Presents New Budget

At the budget working session on April 26, the Albany Common Council addressed the 2023/24 school budget which comes up for public approval next month. Vicky Smith, President of the School District of Albany’s board of education began the presentation along with interim superintendent John Yagielski. Members of the council followed up with questions. The city will vote on the proposed budget on May 16 this year.
