In the church, there are two leadership roles:</p> <p>a. Elder</p> <p>b. Deacon</p> <p>2. Both must exhibit these qualities:</p> <p>• Good reputation</p> <p>• Not overindulgent</p> <p>• Generous</p> <p>• Well-behaved</p> <p>• Mentally and emotionally stable</p> <p>• Sexually above reproach</p> <p><br></p> <p>• Manage family well</p> <p>• Hospitable</p> <p>• Know the Bible</p> <p>• Gentle, patient, and peace-loving</p> <p>• Not a new Christian</p> <p><br></p> <p>3.
