Christie Mahaffey (fermentation, quality control, quality assurance)

<p>Christie Mahaffey is one of the founders and partners of Foundation Brewing Company. Her science background includes biology, human ecology, data analysis, and an interdisciplinary PhD in mechanical engineering and materials science.
