Chris Merrill Sits in Hour 2 4/16

The SCOTUS is set to hear arguments over whether or not an employer can schedule someone to work when it conflicts with their religious beliefs. The case could create a world of havoc if the SCOTUS sides with the plaintiff but casts other decisions as hypocritical if they don’t. -This one doesn’t quite fall neatly into the left/right paradigm. I know the sides are kind of lining up that way but consider the downside for each side in their culture war! A major classified document leak dominated headlines this week. Come to find out, it was a 21 year old trying to impress his teenage buddies on video game channels. He wasn’t even doing it to impress a girl! Or a guy, you know.. I don’t want to discriminate.
