Choosing Yourself

<p>Thank you for tuning in to the first Ponte Perra Affirmations Podcast episode of 2022!&nbsp;</p> <p><br></p> <p>At the beginning of this year (&amp; really a lot of last year), I began realizing how connected I am to others, at the expense of staying truly connected to myself. For most of my life, I haven't been able to make decisions without feeling guilt or overthinking how I will make others feel.
