<p>Happy #internationalwomensday <em>and</em> Women's History Month everyone! This year's IWD theme is a special and encouraging one: #choosetochallenge. It is in this spirit this episode was created.</p> <p>We didn't release an episode last week as we were prepping for this one. It's one that actually wasn't going to be released until towards the end of this podcast but given the day, month, and theme we knew it had to be done now.</p> <p>This episode is meant to be a conversation starter.
