Chinese FM sees cooperation between China, Pacific island countries energetic

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi says China comes to the South Pacific region to build roads and bridges, and to improve people's livelihoods, but not to build military bases. Wang is in Timor Leste for the last stop of his diplomatic tour of the South Pacific.
