China's renewable energy capacity surges in Jan.-Oct.

China's installed clean energy capacity registered rapid growth in the first 10 months of the year. The installed wind power capacity soared 30 percent year on year to 300 million kilowatts while solar power capacity stood at 280 million kilowatts, up 24 percent year on year.
