China Worried About US Sanctions, Starts Contingency Planning

<p>China has begun to meet with banks to discuss plans to protect itself against sanctions should it come to that. China is much more vulnerable to US sanctions than Russia given the massive reliance on the dollar and its huge holdings of US treasuries.
