China builds world's largest network infrastructure in past decade

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology says China has made solid progress in industrial restructuring over the past decade by shifting focus from low-end to high-end manufacturing. Vice Minister Xin Guobin says the country has been speeding up the pace of a more complete and innovative industrial chain since 2012.
