Changing Times Ag Wx; When Does the Warm & Dry Weather Pattern Breeak; Bringing Moisture & End to Moderate to Severe Drought

<p>The winter weather pattern continues to be stagnant with high-pressure and ridging over the Pacific and Rockies, low pressure over eastern Canada and a Clipper system storm track along the Canadian border and upper Midwest with brief shot of Arctic air and light snow events locally.   This will lead to windy, mild, and dry conditions this week and into next with daytime temps in the 50’s to around 60 with overnight lows in the 20’s.  The next dry cold front associate with a clipper system to our north swings through Friday night and Saturday. This will lead to more seasonal temperatures in the 40’s and maybe squeeze out some light snow flurries in the early morning hours and increase winds ahead and behind it.  Thus the 10-15-degree above normal temps, lack of precipitation and the wind will continue to intensify drought and elevated fire concerns across the region.    </p>
