Changing Times Ag WX; Some Rain Chances Next 6-10 Days; Dry & Warm Conditions Persist to End August and Lead to Labor Day

<p>As an upper-level ridge over the area today and tomorrow will warm daytime highs into the low 90’s with breezy south winds 15-25 G 35 mph at times.  Tomorrow evening and Friday an approaching upper-level trough from the northwest meanders through northeast Colorado, Nebraska and the Dakotas increasing chances showers and storms and produce cooler temperatures behind a front with highs in the 80’s and lows in the 50’s.  There could be some severe weather and locally heavy rainfall along and north US Highway 36.  Over the weekend slight ridging will result in drier and warmer conditions ahead of some chances for showers and storms early next week. </p>
