Changing Times Ag Wx; Some Evening Rain Chances Next 5-days; Warm, Muggy Mostly Dry Next Week; Rain Chances Return Late July Early August

<p>Today the high-pressure ridge out west retrogrades and weakens, putting more zonal flow over the area through the end of the week.  This evening a shortwave piece of energy will move through with a cool front producing evening scattered showers and isolated thunderstorm.  As flow remains zonal disturbances will move over the Palmer divide and into eastern Plains Colorado during the afternoons, that reach the KS/CO borders in evenings with scattered showers and storms both Thursday and Friday.  Over the weekend, the ridge begins to rebuild and amplify out west putting the area under northwest flow and continuing some chances for the evening showers and storms but becoming more scattered and isolated.  Daytime temperatures will be normal for mid-July highs in the upper 80’s and low 90’s and lows 60-65-degrees. </p>
