Changing Times Ag WX; New Year’s Eve Storm w/Arctic Cold Bringing in 2022; Warmer Sun-Wed w/Another Cold Air Surge Thu/Fri

<p>Today a second wave of low-pressure advances over the Rockies keeping the colder 30-degree daytime temps and nighttime lows in teens, but it continues to be dry with moderate to severe drought gripping the region thus anytime the winds blow over 20 mph there is a fire danger threat.  Tomorrow flow returns southwest quickly warming temps back into 50’s ahead of a third larger trough and surface low Friday night and early New Year’s Day with Arctic air dropping daytime temps in the 20’s and lows to zero and some light blowing snow chances starting Friday evening through Saturday morning.  This Arctic snap will be short lived as Sunday a ridge over the Central US snaps back into place with warmer and dry conditions Sun-Wed.      </p>
