Each of the seven main chakras contain bundles of nerves and relates to major organs as well as our psychological, emotional, and spiritual states of being. Since everything is moving, it’s essential that our seven main chakras stay open, aligned, and fluid. If there is a blockage, energy simply cannot flow and we can literally feel stuck in life.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Symbolic Power of the Seven Chakras Each of the seven energy centers of the human body contains a universal spiritual life lesson that we must learn as we evolve into higher consciousness. I take lead from the work of Carolyn Myss, one of my longtime favorite authors and someone whose work I followed early in my own spiritual development. Her book: <a href='https://www.chapters.indigo.ca/en-ca/books/eastern-body-western-mind-psychology/9781587612251-item.html'>Anatomy of the Spirit. The Seven Stages of Power and Healing</a>. is another beautiful read of the chakra system and from where I directly quote and reference much of the teachings for the third chakra; our focus in this episode.</p> <p> I’ll drop a link for it in the description.
