CENTCOM Says the Afghan Withdrawal Is Underway, But Is the War Ending?

<p>On COI #112, Kyle discusses the US withdrawal from Afghanistan. CENTCOM claims the withdrawal is 20% compete but does not provide the number of American soldiers and contractors that remain in the country. The US has removed equipment from the country, transferred some to the Afghan government, and scrapped other equipment.
