Census 2020: The good, the bad and the 89 New Yorkers

April 28, 2021 - New York is poised to lose one congressional seat as the result of newly released numbers from the U.S. Census Bureau, but it could have been much worse, according to Jeff Wice, adjunct professor and senior fellow for New York Law School's Census and Redistricting Institute.
