CDSL PRO Says Talk Of Sport Ombudsman Could Be Considered 'Interference'

The PRO of the Clare District Soccer League believes suggestions of a Sport Ombudsman being created could be seen as 'interference' into sporting bodies' work. CDSL PRO Jim Madden doesn't believe it'd work, and says bodies already have strong guidelines in place.
