<p>Doug was one of the founding forces behind podcasting (his podcast was the second one created!) He founded The Conversations Network in 2002 with the intent of coordinating a global team of volunteer podcasters to capture and publish lectures, seminars, and other significant events that would otherwise go unrecorded.
