CC: Dealing with Election Expectation Hangovers

<p>I have heard from so many listeners about how to deal with the Expectation Hangover they are experiencing regarding the presidential election in the states.  This is a special edition of Coaches Corner where I share a few thoughts about this time and encourage you to choose love not fear.  I also lead a guided meditation. I am reminded (and comforted) by the fact that sometimes a massive expectation hangover is needed to create massive change. This is a time where those of us who continue to choose love instead of fear are needed even more.</p>
