However, while the European Commission moves closer to finding a route to CBD regulation, especially with synthetic and isolate CBD food products, the UK Food Standards Agency might find itself on the wrong end of legal actions from manufacturers and suppliers that feel disadvantaged by the country’s approach, he thinks.
