He’s due back in court on November 2nd.<br /><br />Judge Andrew Wilkinson of Maryland was killed in his driveway by a man whose divorce case had been ruled on earlier that day. The suspect, Pedro Argote, was not in attendance. <br /><br />The state filed what bad acts they intend to present in the Kaitlin Armstrong trial.
