<p>Carlo was always a great athlete. Starting with track, progressing to football Carlo was able to become a two sport Division 1 Athlete at UCLA. As he was working through his time there he was able to make connections to the USA bobsled team! Carlo talks in this episode about why the small things always matter when it comes to bobsled and how that parlays into your personal life.
