South African companies that are failing to create an ideal employee environment will struggle to attract and retain their top talent putting their businesses at a distinct disadvantage, according to new research from Remchannel. The war for talent has driven SA employers to review their employee value proposition (EVP) – the reward philosophy of the organisation to attract and retain key talent which is crucial to the success and growth of the organisation.
