Capital Streets Launches March 30

Capital Streets is launching their organization on March 30th with an event at FOCUS Lab. Sina Basila Hickey spoke with two of the directors behind this organization, James Rath and Kyle Hatch, which wants more infrastructure built for the safe mobility of pedestrians, bikers, and busers.
