Last week, The Hon. Brian Peckford joined us to talk about Canada's Charter of Rights and Freedoms. He is the last living architect that helped create it in the ’80’s. Over the past year, Mr. Peckford has done several media appearances, and spoken at several events, sharing that he believes Canadian Charter rights have been breached over the last two years. One such right is “…the mobility rights of Canadian citizens which include the right to enter, remain in, and leave Canada.” Section 6.
