Yesterday, about 5 million Australians got some good news and some bad news. The Government is extending the JobSeeker and JobKeeper payments past September, but at a lower rate. At the same time, Australia's economic outlook keeps on deteriorating. Today on The Signal, the Government's trying to make September's financial cliff look more like a downward slope.
