"It's like having a lawyer in a lawsuit," says Brandon Sobel, an insurer-turned-adjuster who sees a “massive power imbalance” between laypeople and the professionals who handle their claims – one he compares to a beer league team going up against the NHL. “We become their voice.” He joins Matt Galloway to share some of what he’s learned from big fights and fine print.
