Calls On Government To Provide Explanation On Clare Sites' Omission From Unesco List

A Clare Independent TD believes the government owe the people of Clare an explanation as to why two cultural sites in the county weren't put forward to be considered for UNESCO status. Scariff Independent TD Michael McNamara wants the Minister for Housing to explain the exact criteria that led to Clare's applications being turned down.
