HMM correspondent Corinne Carey, avid taco fan, visited Street Taco VII to sample the Mexican fusion menu with Cajun and Creole flavors, and spoke with owner Monica Simon about opening during the pandemic, how food is an expression of culture, and what's hot on the menu.
