BYP 300: When To Re-brand and Personal Thoughts From Doing 300 Podcast Episodes

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Episode 300 is a solo show about why you should consider rebranding, why you shouldn’t, and some personal reflections on the Brand You podcast -- and all that I’ve experienced and learned since starting the show in 2014. Believe it or not, the podcast was named Up and to the Right for about 6 months before I did my first podcast rebrand.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There are two reasons to rebrand:</span></p> <ol> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style= "font-weight: 400;">If people don’t understand who you are and what you do</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style= "font-weight: 400;">If you’re attracting the wrong customer</span></li> </ol> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Up and to the Right was not attracting my ideal audience. But when I changed the name to Brand You, the podcast took off.
