Bologna has a fun beer bars and bottle shops worth checking out if you're in the area. He picked up Busa Dei Briganti Multiverse Vol 3. This is a DIPA with all the hallmarks of a classic DIPA. Italian DIPA are getting better but still a bit to go. After that we try Birrificio Altotevere A-T Doppel. Now this was a solid beer with lots of caramel notes.
