Building control to Captain Tom!

<p>You will remember Captain Tom Moore, the 99 year old veteran who raised money for the NHS when we were all under house arrest in March/April 2020. In total, his charity received £33m. He died the following year and in recent times his family have become allegedly embroiled in accusations of financial shenanigans. A Spa building was built in the grounds of his house and the Council seek to demolish it.
