Enjoy…</span> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Dustin shares with us his insights:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style= "font-weight: 400;">Now, if I would've stopped back in 2006, I said - "Oh, no, I don't want to do that". I wouldn't be where I am today. So all that to say, there are... There are some things you have to navigate through, you have to know how to do it. But the best thing is to learn from people like you Leisa. Everybody needs to learn that there are ways to do it, to be successful, that if you follow the fads of flipping houses or follow the fads of, you know, hoping for appreciation. And if you also follow the idea that now's the worst time to invest, like it's going to crash, you're going to miss the boat. And here's my, my thought, I love this quote - "When is the best time to plant a tree?" Well, it was 20 years ago. The next best time is literally today. As long as you're planting the right tree, you're doing it the right way that people have already done. They've proven time and time again that this is the successful way to do it. You're going to be planting the right tree. So, I say right now is, is the best time to literally don't invest is literally right now..
