<p>Shannon is the founder of Indee Marketing Co-op, a fresh and friendly new business model that launched July ’20 in the Twin Cities. Her crew of change-makers dreamed of a better way to better brands: independent strategists, marketers and creatives all in one place. They bring big agency think with a no fluff approach - hand-picking each nimble marketing team so they’re perfectly tailored to every client.<br /> <br /> Prior to her Indee adventure, Shannon spent 12 years at Thrivent Financial in corporate strategy, research + innovation, customer experience, and small biz consulting. She’s tackled big, hairy brand challenges as well as built ideas and experiences from the ground up.<br /> <br /> Shannon earned her MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Carlson School of Management and serves on two local boards: Northside Economic Opportunity Network (helping North Mpls entrepreneurs start and sustain businesses) and Minnesota American Marketing Association.
