Dustin was working for the local government when he go fired and and to find a solution to keep feeding his family. Real Estate was the gateway to financial freedom by focusing on cash flowing properties. He has since build a healthy portfolio for SFM and small multifamily by remming laser focused on his priorities: Building the team and the business while finding a property manager to handle the rentals, than looking for units that cash flow at least $250 a month.
